Your mission

Your Role – Junior Project Manager (m/f/d):
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing retail and event marketing campaigns across Europe, with a strong focus on the Benelux. You’ll collaborate with client teams, and help deliver unforgettable consumer experiences.

This is a fixed-term position for 1 year, with strong potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative marketing concepts in an international environment
• Manage retail campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations
• Work closely with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare reports and present project results to clients
• Support field teams and brand ambassadors
• Provide administrative and operational support to Project and Country Managers

Your profile

Your Profile – What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Science, or similar
• Initial experience in project management or event coordination
• Strong knowledge of retail marketing; digital marketing skills are a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and hands-on mentality
• Team player with strong communication abilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Willingness to travel and a valid European category B driver’s license
• Passion for sports, fashion, and brand experiences
